Where do group classes take place?
We run mini groups in different areas of Dubai. Tell us your location and we’ll let you know if there’s a group near you or when we can open one in your area.
What level are the group classes?
We have three levels, from first steps in chess to confident play and tournament preparation. We'll tell you more about the levels when you request a callback or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram.
How many children are in a group?
Mini groups have 2–8 kids so each child gets enough attention and the sessions stay fun and structured.
What ages are the classes for?
Most of our chess classes for kids in Dubai are for ages 6–14. We can also suggest options for younger or older children depending on their experience and goals.
What do children learn in chess classes?
Chess helps develop concentration, logical thinking, memory and decision-making. In class we learn rules and tactics, practice planning and endgames, and teach sportsmanship and respect for the opponent.
How many times a week should my child train?
For most kids 1–2 sessions a week are enough: one regular group class and, if you wish, an extra personal session. We’ll recommend a suitable schedule based on your child’s age and aims.
Do children need to know how to play already?
No, beginners are welcome. We have groups for children who are just starting chess and separate classes for those who already play and want to improve.
